How does feedback work?
Feedback and Reviews represent the views and opinions of service provider and project lister regarding their experience with each other. After completion of the project, both the service provider/contractor and the project lister can leave feedback comments and ratings for each other.

The service provider/contractor stands to gain from positive feedback ratings as the future project listers are assured that he/she has a good reputation of professionally executing the work. In effect, this means better chances of securing future work than the non-rated or under-rated service providers.

Positive feedback ratings for project lister represent his/her goodwill on Projobo. The bidders feel re-assured while making their bids on the projects by listers having good feedback ratings.

The feedback ratings and comments are visible under the Reviews section on the Member Profile page of the respective service provider and project lister.

The first column (Feedback/Listing Title) contains the link to the project and the comments of the member.

The second column (From/Winning Bid) contains the Username of the Lister/Service Provider and the winning bid amount for which the project was agreed upon.

The third column (Details/Feedback Date) contains the date on which the feedback was recorded as well as detailed feedback rating. Users can rate up to 5 stars under three criterions: Reliability, Quality and Friendliness. (5 stars represent the best rating and 1 star represents the worst rating!)
